Samsung Gear 2 Neo - Wild Orange
With the Samsung Gear 2 Neo, Samsung introduces their new Operating System, Tizen. It features a touch screen 1.63 Super AMOLED Display, an extended battery life and a Heart Rate Monitor to track your fitness. When paired with a Samsung Smartphone, it notifies when you recieve an email, call or message. It also allows you to accept or ignore incoming calls and messages, and provides notifications based on your activity and habits.
Display
The new smartwatch features a 1.63-inch touch screen Super AMOLED display, with a 320 x 320 resolution for 278ppi. It allows you to browse through your address book, check your email and even locate your smartphone via a few taps.
Processor
It comes equipped with a 1GHz dual-core processor and 512MB of RAM.
WatchOn Remote
The Samsung Gear 2 Neo boasts a WatchOn Remote application and a built-in IrLED Sensor which allows you to control your TV straight from the wrist.
Heart Rate Monitor
It features a hardware to track your fitness. It includes a heart rate sensor, pedometer, gyroscope and accelerometer which allows for standalone running and walking tracking, as well as companion cycling and hiking tracking. The watch can also be used to track sleep and, Samsung says, stress levels.
Music Player
The new smartphone features a music player which is extremely convenient as it can store up to 4GB of music. It can also pair with a bluetooth headset or speaker.
Battery Life
The Samsung Gear 2 Neo ensures you do not miss out on any important email, call or message. It features an extended battery life which can last up to three days on a single charge which is extremely convenient and lasts up to 6 days with low usage.
Water-Proof
It is water-resistant, dust proof and water proof up to 50m which is extremely handy as it can be worn all the time.
