Terms and Conditions

At Evertop Accessories we only ever want happy customers and we are confident that you will be pleased with your purchases.  However, if you are not happy with your product, you may need to return the item to us.  Not a problem, we offer a no quibble return policy at Evertop Accessories and will deal with your return as a matter of priority.  We genuinely want you to be happy with you order.

Incorrect Item Received

If you think you’ve received the wrong item, then please contact our Customer Service Team on 01217070070 line open during 11 p.m - 5 p.m or email returns@evertop.co.uk and they will resolve this situation for you immediately.  This doesn’t happen very often but we all make mistakes and Evertop Accessories are honest enough to regretfully admit that very, very occasionally we will send out the incorrect item.  We are really sorry for this and work hard to keep our mistakes to a minimum.

*Important – Please Read before contacting us*

If you have ordered a battery or a charger and the one that you have received has a different code on the box to the one that you ordered, please try the product before contacting us.  Manufacturers produce batteries and chargers that are exactly the same but have different coding.  We may have sent you the correct product with a different code – please check.  Sorry for any confusion.

Faulty Item Received

If your items are faulty or damage on arrival, you have 7 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault.  Either call a member of our customer service team during 11 p.m - 5 p.m on 0121 7070070 or send an email to returns@evertop.co.uk explaining you have been sent a faulty or damage good, along with your full name and order number and we will quickly resolve the issue.  Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your return carriage costs (this does not include special delivery). We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians, we will return the item to you and in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

Items Faulty Within Warranty Period

If any of your purchases develop a fault and it's more than 7 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair.

If you change your mind

If you have simply changed your mind about any item that you have ordered from us or found your original battery or charger since placing an order, fear not.  To cancel, you must give us notice within 30 working days starting with the day after the day you received the goods from us, please be aware that in this instance you are responsible to returning the goods at your own cost.

We will then ask you to return the item to us, unused, with its original packaging.  Simply pop it back into the post to us at the address below along with a note explaining that you ordered in error and would like a refund.  Please ensure that you include your full name and order number if possible as it will speed up the refund process:

Please make sure you do the following:

  • Pack the item securely to avoid damage during post, use strong padded or bubble envelope or box.
  • Get proof or postage from post office in case it lost or damage during the post.
  • If you returning an item due to fault then please make 100% sure that it is indeed faulty.
  • Please mention your order / invoice code and clearly state reason for return.
  • Make sure return the item in its original and unused condition.
Our Return Handling Time is 3-5 Days.
